Notice to Customers Regarding the “EndoTherapy Orders” Options
Olympus will be implementing an upgraded Warehouse Management System in our distribution centers in July. The transition to this new system will require a cutover (transition) period when some of our systems will be unavailable.
Shipping Blackout / Product Deliveries
As a result, Olympus will not be shipping any medical products from July 5 - 6, with the exception of the chemicals used in our OER-Pro Reprocessor.
- We encourage you and your colleagues to check your current inventory levels to determine if you need to order product in advance of the cutover period.
- Product orders must be placed by June 29 to ensure that all available items are shipped out by July 3.
- Olympus is contacting customers scheduled to have products shipped between July 5 - 6 to arrange for alternative shipping dates.
- Shipping is scheduled to resume on July 9.
